What Is The Bloom Bar?
A simpler way to work with Heritage. The Bloom Bar is Heritage Floral Design’s à la carte wedding flower collection for couples who want professional wedding florals without the scope or commitment of full-service. Choose the floral pieces and palette you need; our team handles sourcing, processing, and design.
How It Works
- Browse the Collection. Explore bouquets and personal flowers, ceremony pieces, and reception florals; choose the pieces and quantities you need.
- Select Your Palette. Choose from curated palettes interpreted by our designers. Palettes guide the look; individual flower varieties are not guaranteed.
- Place Your Order. Enter your wedding details, quantities, and preferences, then complete checkout online.
- Choose Pickup or Delivery. Select studio pickup or, where available, delivery for an additional fee.
- Celebrate. We design, package, and prepare your flowers so they’re ready for your designated helpers to place.

Your palette guides the overall floral aesthetic; it isn’t a flower-by-flower recipe. Our designers select seasonal flowers based on your palette, availability, and Heritage’s aesthetic. Specific varieties aren’t guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a listing.
What’s Included
Every Bloom Bar order includes:
- Professional floral sourcing
- Processing and conditioning
- Design by the Heritage floral team
- Finished bouquets and arrangements
- Packaging for transportation
- Careful preparation for wedding-day placement
What’s Not Included
Standard orders don’t include:
- On-site floral styling
- Venue setup
- Installation
- Room flips
- Repurposing during the event
- Event-day floral management
- End-of-night breakdown

Pickup & Delivery
Studio pickup may be the day before or day of the wedding depending on the pieces; our team will advise. Delivery has an additional fee and is subject to availability. It means transport to the agreed venue or getting-ready location—not placement or setup.
Who Sets Everything Up?
Most Bloom Bar couples have their wedding planner, coordinator, venue staff, wedding party member, friend or family member handle placement.
We'll prepare the flowers so they're ready to go when they arrive.

Choose the floral pieces you need, select your color palette, and our design team will create each arrangement in the signature Heritage style using beautiful seasonal blooms. Orders are available for pickup or delivery, with your planner, venue team, family, or designated helpers handling placement on wedding day.
It’s a streamlined way to have thoughtfully designed Heritage florals without the full-service wedding experience.
How is Bloom Bar different from full-service wedding florals?
The Bloom Bar offers a simplified, à la carte approach to wedding flowers. You choose the floral pieces you need, select your color palette, and our team designs and prepares everything for pickup or delivery.
Full-service wedding florals are much more hands-on and customized, with personalized design development, larger-scale installations, venue coordination, on-site styling, setup, repurposing, and breakdown handled by the Heritage team.
In short, The Bloom Bar gives you Heritage-designed florals with a streamlined ordering process, while full-service includes the complete design and event-day floral experience.
Can I request specific flowers?
You’re welcome to share flower preferences or inspiration, but specific varieties are not guaranteed with The Bloom Bar.
Our designers work from your selected color palette and overall style, then choose the best seasonal blooms available to create a cohesive design in the Heritage style. This flexibility allows us to maintain quality while keeping the à la carte process simple and streamlined.
Does delivery include setup?
No. Standard delivery includes transporting your floral order to the designated venue or location, but it does not include setup, styling, installation, or placement of the flowers.
If you need additional event-day support, those services may be available separately depending on your needs and our availability.
Are vases and rentals included?
Some Bloom Bar floral pieces are designed in a vessel that is included with the arrangement, while others may require a separate vase, container, or rental item. Product listings will clearly note what is included with each piece.
Specialty vessels, candleholders, stands, pedestals, arches, and other rental items are not automatically included unless specifically listed. If you’d like to add rental elements to your order, availability and pricing will vary based on the item.
Any rental items must be returned in accordance with the rental terms provided with your order.
